Terms of Service
1. Service
DocDecide provides AI-assisted document analysis for business users. Results are decision-support outputs, not legal, accounting, medical or insurance advice. Always verify critical fields before acting.
2. Accounts and plans
You are responsible for account credentials. Free and paid plans include monthly document quotas. Unused quota does not roll over. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or documents you are not authorized to process. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service.
4. Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe when enabled. Taxes may apply. Cancellations stop future renewals; current period access remains until period end unless otherwise stated.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocDecide is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months.
